The Social Caseworker Forward Coaching Practice

what?

An impactful two day training capable of transforming the Child Welfare space, by providing social casework supervisors with the tools needed to best support their social caseworkers. Inspired by the UC Davis Coaching Intensive for Child Welfare, this training has been refined, adding relevant concepts of diversity and equity, including how to identify and address implicit bias.

How?

By teaching supervisors practical coaching tools like goal setting, partnership and active listening, we are first creating a more formalized process for consistent results. This in-turn changes the culture to one of empowered leaders, possessing both improved problem solving skills and practical ways to connect with families for better outcomes.

why?

While the core focus of this skills-based model is to turn social work supervisors into effective specialized coaches, the program has the power to reshape entire systems, featuring an ease of application, minimal disruption with an incredibly high Return on Investment (ROI) and a greater social currency for all. It is a win for everyone.
